We’re looking for a new member of our team. You will be responsible for our office in Vienna and help the team to collaborate.
What do you do?
- Manage the smooth operation of our office.
- Manage the communication with AMS and AUVA.
- Be the first and main contact point and communicate with suppliers of office equipment, owners of our building, partners etc.
- Administrative tasks for the whole team in Vienna (e.g. booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation)
- Supporting of the accounting department
- Organizing small events and â€µGet-Togethersâ€¶
What do we expect?
- Very good excel skills.
- Experience with AMS and AUVA.
- Fluent German – we’re looking for native speakers.
- Fluent English.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Eye for detail – willing to understand and control little financial matters on a daily basis.
