Team PA / Office Manager (min 15 h/week)

We’re looking for a new member of our team. You will be responsible for our office in Vienna and help the team to collaborate.

What do you do?

  • Manage the smooth operation of our office.
  • Manage the communication with AMS and AUVA.
  • Be the first and main contact point and communicate with suppliers of office equipment, owners of our building, partners etc.
  • Administrative tasks for the whole team in Vienna (e.g. booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation)
  • Supporting of the accounting department
  • Organizing small events and ‵Get-Togethers‶

What do we expect?

  • Very good excel skills.
  • Experience with AMS and AUVA.
  • Fluent German – we’re looking for native speakers.
  • Fluent English.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Eye for detail – willing to understand and control little financial matters on a daily basis.
