WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Some work experience in event management
  • Organizational skills 
  • A hands-on mentality
  • A team player
  • And open-minded, cheerful and friendly personality
  • A good level of written and spoken German and English
  • Availability – as soon as possible

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
  • Producing detailed proposals/overviews for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
  • Researching and negotiating with vendors
  • Negotiating sponsorship deals
  • Handling logistics
  • Managing branding and communication
  • Coordination of suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget
